I think that my activity level since the beginning of the year has went up a lot. Since we started get fit i feel that i have more energy and i can tell a difference in my fitness level extremely because i have also been working out outside of school now. Its helped me a lot with controlling my asthma and i actually have started feeling less and less insecure about myself , my body & how i participate. I feel that so far get fit has boosted my confidence level and fitness level a lot since the beginning of the semester & its really fun!
Dance week:
My favorite part of dance week was zumba. Zumba is like fitness and dancing combined and i love to dance and do fitness so i really enjoy doing zumba.
